/ Our journey

Late in 2021, Vraj Patel and his friend Miguel Guercio started a side project called Demunks: 5,555 3D characters, with a brand and website to match. By May 2022 it was ready to launch on Solana, and at the last moment we chose not to. The NFT space didn’t match our values.

What Demunks gave us mattered more: everything we’d learned about branding, 3D and building from scratch, and our first clients. SideFixers started that year.

In October 2023 we started a second side project, the fashion label Qualce, to learn how a brand comes together from the first moodboard to the finished product. It’s still one of the projects we’re proudest of.

Today we design brands, websites, apps and 3D for startups in AI, Web3, research and fashion. Our art director, Miguel Guercio, brings experience from projects for Dell, Binance, Anivive, Ferrari and Disney.

What Demunks gave us mattered more: everything we’d learned about branding, 3D and building from scratch, and our first clients. SideFixers started that year.
